Duties and Responsibilities:

• Lead daily operations of water and wastewater systems, ensuring top performance and full compliance.

• Drive strategic planning, infrastructure upgrades, and sustainability initiatives.

• Mentor and guide diverse teams toward operational excellence.

• Oversee budgets, projects, and partnerships with local and federal stakeholders.

• Serve as Acting Executive Director when needed to ensure strong, steady leadership.

Qualifications:

• Education: Masters in Management, Engineering, Finance, or Public Administration; or Bachelors in Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering (required).

• Experience: 10+ years in senior management of water/wastewater utilities, with proven success in budgeting, compliance, and team leadership.

• License: Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) and valid CNMI or U.S. drivers license.
