Position Overview
Responsible for preparing high quality meals in large quantities by following standardized recipes, maintaining food safety standards, and supporting daily kitchen operations. This role reports directly to the QA Manager.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook meals in accordance with menu plans and portion control standards
Follow standardized recipes and accommodate special dietary needs as required
Ensure all food is prepared, handled, and stored safely in compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and food preparation areas
Assist with receiving, storing, and rotating food supplies
Other Duties
Perform additional duties as required, including washing dishes, removing trash, and assisting with other kitchen tasks as needed
Qualifications
At least 12 months of kitchen related experience
Compensation
Hourly Rate: $9.03 per hour
