KI International Group dba: Max's Restaurant Guam is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Cook to join our team at Max's Restaurant, located at the Micronesia Mall in Dededo, Guam.

Job Summary:

As a Cook at Max's Restaurant, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking a variety of dishes according to our restaurant's recipes and standards. You will work closely with our kitchen team to ensure that all meals are prepared in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining high-quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including Filipino cuisine, in accordance with restaurant's recipes and standards

- Ensure all food is prepared and presented in a timely and efficient manner

- Maintain high-quality standards for taste, appearance, and portion size

- Monitor and maintain proper food handling and sanitation procedures

- Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations

- Assist with inventory management and ordering of supplies as needed

- Follow all safety and sanitation procedures at all times

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

- Other duties as assigned by the Head Chef or management team

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Cook in a restaurant setting

- Knowledge of Filipino cuisine is preferred

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

- Strong communication and teamwork skills

- Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds

- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

This is a full-time/Part-time position, and the Cook will be required to work FT/PT hours at Max's Restaurant in the Micronesia Mall in Dededo, Guam.
